Spiritnova Prima is an innovative patented saddle. Its dynamic and ergonomic features are designed to enhance comfort and adaptability but do not guarantee specific competitive or performance results. - Biomechanical disclaimer
Each horse has unique anatomical and biomechanical characteristics. The saddle does not replace veterinary or professional evaluation. Outcomes depend on riding style, training, maintenance and management. - Professional use and inspections
For intensive use (riding schools, competitions), periodic inspection of components is mandatory. Spiritnova declines liability in case of lack of maintenance. - Intellectual property and reverse engineering prohibition
Any reproduction, imitation, technical disassembly or reverse engineering of the modular structure, spherical joint pads or lattice system is strictly prohibited. - Advanced limitation of liability
Spiritnova shall not be liable for indirect damages, economic losses or performance-related expectations arising from improper use or unauthorized modifications. - Product evolution clause
Spiritnova reserves the right to implement technical or design improvements while maintaining core functionality. - Natural materials
Variations in leather tone or texture are natural characteristics and do not constitute defects. - Governing law
Italian law applies. Competent court: Trento, without prejudice to consumer rights.
TERMS & CONDITIONS OF SALE
- Scope
These Terms and Conditions govern purchases made through the e-commerce website
www.spiritnova.it, operated by Spiritnova S.R.L. Sales are available to private and business customers in
Italy, the EU and internationally. - Products
Spiritnova sells innovative ergonomic riding saddles (Prima model) and related components sold
individually (flaps, seat, stirrup leathers, billets, pads, saddle pad). Product images are illustrative and
may vary slightly due to artisanal production. - Prices and VAT
Prices are shown in Euro and include VAT unless otherwise stated. Any customs duties or local taxes for
non-EU shipments are borne by the customer. - Ordering process
Orders are placed via cart, checkout and order confirmation. Account registration is not mandatory.
Placing an order implies an obligation to pay - Payment methods
Accepted payments: bank transfer, Visa/Mastercard, Apple Pay and PayPal. Spiritnova may verify
payments before shipment. - Shipping and delivery
Shipments are handled by UPS. Estimated delivery times: 1–2 business days in Italy and 1–5 business
days within the EU and internationally, subject to product availability and circumstances beyond
Spiritnova’s control. - Withdrawal and returns
Consumers may request a return within 15 days from delivery, subject to prior written authorization by
Spiritnova. A return form will be provided after approval. Products must be returned intact and not used
beyond normal inspection. - Warranty
Lifetime warranty on tree and stirrup bars. Two-year warranty on leather and felt elements (seat, flaps,
saddle pad), Biothane components (stirrup leathers and billets), pads and joints. Warranty excludes
wear, accidents, misuse, unsuitable products, tampering or unauthorized modifications. - Safety and maintenance
Periodic inspection of billets and stirrup leathers is recommended and replacement should be performed
when advised by Spiritnova technicians.
Spiritnova declines liability for failures where recommended replacement was not carried out. - Correct saddle positioning
The Spiritnova Prima saddle must be positioned correctly on the horse’s back behind the shoulder blade, in accordance with the technical and graphical instructions provided by Spiritnova on the website www.spiritnova.it within the product page.
Correct positioning is essential to ensure the proper functioning of the dynamic saddle system and to avoid interference with the horse’s anatomy.
Incorrect positioning of the saddle, for example placing it too far forward over the shoulder blade, may cause the steel structure of the saddle to come into contact with the horse’s withers, potentially resulting in injury or damage.
Spiritnova declines any responsibility for damages or consequences arising from incorrect positioning that does not follow the provided instructions.
If there are any doubts regarding the correct positioning of the saddle or its adaptation to the horse, the user is encouraged to contact Spiritnova before use in order to evaluate together the most suitable solution, for example by using a saddle pad with a different thickness or other configuration adjustments.
The user remains responsible for verifying the correct positioning of the saddle before each use. - Natural materials
Leather is naturally selected and may show marks or slight tone differences. Regular cleaning and
conditioning are recommended. - Intellectual property
Customers may not modify products or remove trademarks, logos, serial numbers or identifying marks.
All intellectual property rights remain with Spiritnova. - Force majeure
Spiritnova shall not be liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control (e.g.,
strikes, fires, material shortages, supplier delays, natural events, governmental acts, software bugs,
war). - Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Spiritnova is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from
improper use. Liability for intent or gross negligence remains unaffected where required by law. - Privacy e cookies
Personal data processing is governed by the Privacy Policy. The website uses technical cookies and,
subject to consent, analytics or third-party cookies. - Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Italian law. Consumer disputes fall under the court of the consumer’s
residence; otherwise, the competent court is Trento, Italy.
