Spiritnova Prima billets: safety, detail and innovative design

Spiritnova Prima billets are essential components designed to ensure perfect saddle stability on the horse, combining safety, functionality and refined craftsmanship. Even in this element, we wanted to express our vision: every part of the saddle must be not only highly functional, but also aesthetically coherent and beautifully designed.

Our four billets are made from high-quality Biothane, a material renowned for its strength, durability and ease of maintenance. They are entirely produced in Italy, in the province of Vicenza, through artisanal manufacturing focused on every detail.

Each billet is enriched with premium Italian leather details — the same leather used for the Spiritnova Prima seat — ensuring visual continuity, elegance and material consistency throughout the saddle.

At the top of each billet, highly resistant nylon loops are integrated, designed to allow easy and secure attachment to the lattice structure, the saddle’s main supporting frame. This solution guarantees stable and reliable fixation, ensuring the saddle remains correctly positioned during every phase of riding.

Spiritnova Prima billets are designed and manufactured directly by us because we believe attention to detail truly makes the difference: they are not simple accessories, but essential components contributing to the overall quality of the saddle.
